FEES AND INSURANCE
Smith Chiropractic Center makes chiropractic services accessible to those who are in need of care at an affordable cost. We have a variety of payment options available designed to suit each persons’ situation. Please speak to us about what options are available. Fees are due upon completion of your visit.
Our office is included on a number of health plans. Health Care insurance covers some, but not all of the cost for treatment. Most plans include a deductible and co-pay, which are paid by the patient. Auto accidents and work related injuries are covered at 100%. If you have insurance, please notify us prior to your first visit so that we can verify coverage for you. As a courtesy to you, we will both verify insurance coverage and file your claim.
